All items identified or marked as eligible for Free Shipping in product detail page will qualify for the Free Shipping program, or you will enjoy Free Shipping for entire order that contains at least one item eligible for Free Shipping. There is an exception your order doesn't qualify for the Free Shipping program: Your order only contains items that are ineligible for free shipping, these include: some of Scarves & Snoods, Belts, Necklaces, Bracelets, Headdress, Earrings, Sunglasses, Hats & Caps, Socks & Tights, Brooches, Rings, Watches, Gloves or any other item not identified as eligible for Free Shipping. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number and link will be sent to you. The tracking will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,  you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 60 days upon receipt. However you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own. For Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit, if there is no quality problem, Choies does not offer return & exchange service.  Shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where Choies  has made a shipping error. Choies cannot accept returned parcels sent freight collect or COD (Collect of Delivery).
